While many people thought about buying La Coralina nobody came forth. It was really an incredibly huge amount of work, I see that now in hindsight.

Everyone had different visions for the project. I wanted to change very little of the original building and the Spanish style courtyard directly behind in. The unique architecure was what moved me to buy the project from the beginning. We installed new electric, new plumbing and baths, redesigned and installed many doors and windows, put in new ceilings, and spent many hours on everything else.
