If you are a surfer or a surfing fan by now your room is booked at La Coralina! Nowhere in Bocas can you relax, hang out and watch the waves for the perfect sets to start working. If you are here to spectate grab a cold drink, a set of the house binoculars and enjoy the day under the shade of our covered deck.

Within walking distance are four uncrowded world class surf breaks.Bluff Beach (for the extreme) works up a long powerful wave that, due to an underwater drop off, breaks almost on the beach. La Curva, Dumpers (the locals secret), and Paunch. All reef breaks offering both lefts and rights, with sporty quick waves over sparkling clear-blue waters. From here, if you still crave more, local boats can run you out to two additional hot breaks.

World famous Silverbacks, off the nearby island Bastimentos, is a monster reef break, up to 25 feet, with a steep drop and a shot tube. The second, Carenero Break, another local favorite, is a fast 200 yard shot of fun. Beginners can find safe, fun waves at a nearby sand beach called Waikiki.
